The heating stayed on whatever temperature we set on the thermostat, so we were sweating much of the time. For 70 EUR in mandatory cleaning fees, I'd have expected the place to be clean on arrival. Instead, the couch bedsheets were rolled up in the closet and didn't seem freshly cleaned, and some dishes had rice stains and needed scrubbing. I later found a dusty, smelly tank top under the living room couch. For what it costs, I don't think it was worth it compared with much cheaper places I've stayed. All in all, a subpar experience.

It was okay, but the apartment felt quite small for eight people. The ski room also smelled a little and didn't seem ventilated enough.

We chose this apartment specifically because we thought we could ski right back to it, but that isn't possible. The lift by the building is broken, so you have to drive or walk quite a distance, and nobody told us it was closed. The location is otherwise good, near shops and thermal baths. The kitchen is poorly equipped, so be prepared if you plan to cook.
