A special thank you to Laura Jöbstl, who was incredibly sweet, generous, and always happy to help with a smile. Her kindness and support made a big difference, and you can tell she cares about people, not just business. From arrival onward, everything felt friendly and well organized. It was a wonderful experience, and the kind of place that stays in your memory long after you leave.

We’d planned to stay for 5 days, but our daughter became really sick and we had to leave early. The staff were incredibly empathetic, attentive, and helpful. The location, hotel, and room were superb, with a wide variety of tasty food for both kids and adults. The wellness facilities were very good too. We had an amazing time and definitely recommend it. Hopefully we can come back soon!

The guy at the bar, I think his name is Mario, was 10/10. Good guy, great drinks, and a perfect personality. The food is amazing, the wellness is world class, and the kids' facilities are state of the art. I’ll definitely come back.

Everyone was very kind, the food was tasty, and the room and view were nice. This hotel is really great for a first ski trip with small kids. There’s a small magic carpet right in front, and although there was no snow while we were there, the hotel offered minivan transfers to nearby locations. That was a lifesaver since the hotel is up the hill. You can also borrow sledges for free, and they have everything you need for little kids. We’d come back.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. It’s a great spot close to ski slopes for children as well as other slopes, and works very well for families with small kids. There’s a decently equipped gym, two saunas, and two heated pools, one indoors and one outdoors. The food is perfect, with a different variety served each day. Restaurant staff are extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. Pets are welcome too.
