They even have an electric car charger, a large parking area included in the price, and a warm place to store skis and boots. You can buy a ski pass here, too, and the staff speak English really well. The sauna, indoor and outdoor pools are lovely, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is right beside a ski slope, and the food is excellent, with a generous breakfast and great coffee. We travel all over the world and live in Croatia. My sister and her husband live in Doha, and her husband is from Šri Lanka. Qatar hotels and hospitality are hard to beat, but this comes very close. We arrived late on the first day and missed dinner, but they left a meal in our room without any fuss. I arranged everything directly through their website, email and chat, and had no problems. The staff and host are very nice. We're staying another five days and will definitely come back next year!

The room I’d paid for and had confirmed wasn’t available when I arrived. The staff were unhelpful, the rooms were cold and only average, and the food was dull and the same every day. A terrible stay. I won’t come back.

A welcoming, family-run place in a great location, and dogs are welcome too. Our superior room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent. I’d happily recommend it.

The local benefit card was the best part of the stay, especially since it covered the cable car. We were also given chocolate after checkout, which was a nice extra. The room was spacious and clean, with a bath, though there was no air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious, but dinner at 45 euro per person felt too expensive when there are plenty of nearby restaurants serving good food for less. The spa closes at 19. The hotel is in a lovely area, and the staff were very kind and helpful, especially at check-in.

We really liked our large room, with its terrace and garden space that worked so well for our dog. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, big and clean, and the smaller indoor pool was nice too. There’s also a wellness area for relaxing. Everyone gave us a lovely welcome, including our dog, who got a snack at check-in. The food was good, with Austrian dishes. The hotel’s golden retriever, Bella, got along beautifully with our dog. A lovely choice for a holiday with your dog.
