Whether you're after a romantic break, some time to unwind, or a chance to recharge, this is a perfect vacation spot. The food is the best, the rooms are comfortable and homely, and there's a big spa area. There are also plenty of places nearby for hiking and walking.

We came for a spa day with a massage and dinner, and would love to return. The massage was great, and the dinner was even better than expected, with delicious food and really friendly, helpful staff. The spa and pool areas were lovely and, above all, clean. They weren't too crowded either. The woman at reception welcomed us warmly and showed us around everything.

The food was excellent, with different Austrian local dishes each day. The rooms were perfectly clean, and everyone was welcoming, including the owners themselves. I really appreciated how cozy and warm the place felt.

Everything was great apart from the hotel's co-owner, who was rude and impolite to me. As soon as my husband arrived, the tone changed and the co-owner became super nice again. I noticed the same behavior with other female guests, too. It's sad to see this happen in such a lovely place.

The heated indoor and outdoor pools were amazing for relaxing after days spent in the mountains or at the incredibly beautiful nearby lakes. We were the only guests with small children, but everyone else was very nice and relaxed. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. We'll definitely come back! We spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel, and everything was perfect, from the communication before arrival with the wonderful host family to the meals, service, and amazing hospitality.
