We came back for a second visit with our children and were just as happy with the location, food, staff, and service. You can ski right down to the hotel.

We really enjoyed the dinners, especially the hot dishes, which always included a delicious gourmet option. Our room was cleaned regularly and to a high standard, and all the staff were friendly and ready to help. The hotel is family-friendly, conveniently close to the ski lift, and has what you need for a comfortable mountain holiday. We stayed in early January 2025 on a ski trip. At the end of our stay, my son and wife came down with a high fever. Martin at reception and the hotel management were understanding and found an available room so I could stay separately with my other son. I truly appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. I sincerely recommend the hotel and wish them continued success.

Our family of 5 had a great time, and the kids loved the hotel. It’s ideal for families just starting skiing, with the ski school only 2m walking away. There are facilities for children to enjoy after lessons, and they had 5 incredible days. Meals suited both kids and adults, and the hotel team was super friendly. Everything went perfectly.

The service was outrageously rude and unfriendly to customers, especially children. Our children, aged 10 yo, were hungry with 2 hours until dinner, so we bought them pizza. A hotel waiter tore the knife from my hand while I was cutting it and attacked me. The hotel calls itself child-friendly, but children are expected to sit quietly. Apparently they’re only allowed to breathe and walk straight to their rooms in silence.

The food is just great, the hotel is very clean, good for kids, and the staff are still friendly and helpful. We’ve been coming for a few years in a row, but the “loyalty” discount is very VERY VERY low. This year the hotel was empty and there were lots of trainees, so the service level dropped a bit. The whirlpool didn’t work properly, the pool area shower was broken, and 3 out of 5 saunas were out of order. I hope service improves during the summer. It’s worth visiting during peak summer and winter.
