Hotel Sportalm

The hosts made our birthday stay feel special, helping with a surprise and arranging beautiful flowers. Their warmth turned a great trip into a memorable one. The hotel felt like home, with pampering and no stress, and it's only a short walk to the ski slopes. We had a peaceful adults-only stay. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day, and the restaurant was on another level, with fresh, high-quality ingredients, a fantastic wine selection and top-notch cocktails. Every moment was a joy. It feels like a hotel that truly cares and gives great value for the money.

The furniture in our room was a little old, and the bed and pillows could have been more comfortable, though everything worked. We had a nice stay at hotel Sportalm. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, always with a smile.

The spa and sauna were a lovely way to unwind after time outdoors, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic range of delicious options. Hotel Sportalm is a cozy base near the mountains, with easy access to the natural surroundings around Bad Kleinkirchheim. Our room was spacious and had a lovely terrace, but there was no mountain view, which disappointed us, and it could have used better lighting since it sometimes felt quite dark. The owners were welcoming, friendly and ready to help with questions or requests. A warm stay overall, with a few small things that could improve the comfort.

The hosts are a trio who are always kind and ready to help with anything. They make you regret having to leave. The location is fantastic, about a five minute walk from the nearest ski lift. I stayed five nights and still can't pick a favorite dinner. Every one surpassed what I expected, and breakfast has lots of options too. A wonderful experience, and I'll definitely return and do my best to tell everyone around me about this place. Never change Sportalm!
