What made Urbanhof so memorable was how much the Primeßnig family made me feel at home. From the moment I arrived, their kindness and thoughtful hospitality made me feel like family rather than a guest. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, with beautiful, clean rooms and a calm, cozy atmosphere. Each morning started with a heartfelt breakfast, and everything felt done with care. I came as a traveller and left feeling I'd found a home away from home. Thank you, Primeßnig family, for such a warm experience. I'll remember it and would love to return.

Urbanhof went out of its way to help us with a ski equipment issue, and the hospitality was what stood out most. The service throughout was top-notch. Our rooms were clean and nice, the beds comfortable, and breakfast was good. Booking was easy too, with a quick reply, a fair price, and good English. Thank you!

The personal warmth of the Primeßnig family made this stay special. From the start, I felt welcomed as part of the family, thanks to their attentiveness and genuine hospitality. Urbanhof felt like home: warm, quiet, and cozy. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and carefully decorated, and breakfast each morning was lovingly prepared. Things felt personal as well as professional. I arrived as a traveler and left with the sense of having found a home away from home. Thank you, Primeßnig family, for a wonderful and memorable stay. I'll definitely come back.

We managed to book at short notice, even though it was our first time there, and everything was great from the beginning. It's a lovely family-run place where you really feel like a guest. A clear five stars from us. I can only recommend it, and we'll be back!
