We booked two bedrooms for three adults each, but both were set up for just two. Each room had a couch, yet there were no sheets or towels for the third person. I called the helpdesk around 20:30. They called back half an hour later and said someone would come to fix it, but after two hours nothing had changed. On my second call, they told us to book a third room and said it would be refunded. That refund never came, and now they say there was nothing wrong with the rooms. The photos don't reflect what we found. The worst experience ever. Never again, and I hope nobody else goes through this.

For the price, this was a reasonable choice: our room was spacious and fully equipped, and both dinner and breakfast were good enough. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot while we ate. Parking is tricky because spaces are limited. A note for anyone booking the third floor, the lift only reaches the second, and you need to take the stairs from there.

The view was lovely and the hotel is close to the Alps, but cleaning was poor and things were dusty, so I wouldn't advise it for people with allergies. We stayed eight days and never got a room cleaning, just rubbish removal and fresh towels. Breakfast was limited on some days, and there weren't enough staff.

There’s no reception, and for two days we had no shower gel and our room wasn't made up. Breakfast was awful: we had to clear and reset our own tables, and there was no proper bread or orange juice. The only option was to call the keyone hotline, where they apologized and said they'd pass on the message. This feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel now. Don't be fooled by the good reviews.
