The hosts welcomed us, showed us around, and shared tips for the area. You can tell they want guests to feel at home, and we had wonderful days here after our tour of Italy. We can recommend the place 100%! The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, with a large garden and comfortable seating and loungers with cushions. There's a grill, bike storage, and an e-bike charging point. Plants in the rooms add a welcoming feel, and the house and lighting run on a smart home system. There are two apartments, soon to be three. The kitchen has everything we could need, including a stove, oven, toaster, blender, egg cooker, coffee machine, and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washing machine, and clothes rack. The town center is a little way off but easy to reach by bike or car. Shops are a 15-minute walk away and the train station is 10 minutes away. Mountain views surround the apartments, though trees partly block some of the Grimming. We had a wonderful stay, all four of us were delighted. The apartment is modern and comfortable, with a large living, dining, and kitchen area, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom. The location is excellent, and the owners are available whenever you have a particular request. Highly recommended, 5/5 stars. See you again!

Breakfast in the morning sunshine, looking out at the peaks of the Ausseerland region, was a lovely way to start the day. My husband and I spent a few days at the "Bergfeeling" holiday apartment at the beginning of January and were thrilled with it. It's very spacious, luxurious for two and easily suitable for four, with stylish, modern, high-quality furnishings. The roomy bathroom and open living, dining, and kitchen area are great, and there's a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The beautiful floors and underfloor heating make it so cozy we could hardly bring ourselves to head out. We did make it to the walkable center of Bad Mitterndorf and spent a day skiing on the Tauplitz. The hosts were warm and accommodating, and gave us excellent culinary tips. A fantastic, relaxing stay. We'd love to return and wholeheartedly recommend "Bergfeeling". Thanks for everything!

The owners were lovely, and this apartment had everything we needed, even a charging point for our electric car. It's a two-minute walk to the ski bus, and after taking the valley run, it's another two minutes on foot back to the house. A fantastic place to stay.
