The pool was really nice, and I found the room spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were kind, and the hotel sits somewhere peaceful near a forest. Breakfast is why I’m taking off a star: I’d have liked more fresh vegetables, and maybe the coffee machine needed cleaning. Compared with other hotels at the same standard, I’ve stayed in better four-star places.

There are people here who really look after you)) The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Our room was bright and roomy, with everything we needed. It’s animal-friendly, too. The courtyard and park are lovely, and the pool and sauna were excellent.

The rooms are fine for a couple of days, though they don’t feel like a four-star hotel. The furniture’s a little old, and there’s no bottled water, coffee, slippers, or bathrobe. Still, the location is great, the food is delicious, and the people were very nice and helpful.

The surroundings are beautiful, and I should mention the great gym, sauna, and swimming pool. We stayed at Seminar- und Eventhotel Krainerhütte with our family, but the room wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped. It was too warm, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and getting to the room meant climbing stairs. The shower hose was too short, and a short circuit in the bathroom light left us in the dark. The staff seemed a bit tired and not very attentive. With some improvements, this place could be much better.

The breakfast had lots of options and tasted delicious. We also had a great room, and the staff were great. It’s a wonderful place in beautiful surroundings.
