The rooms are nice and clean, the bathrooms are excellent, and the staff are friendly. The pool and some other wellness facilities are available from 8:30 a.m. One thing to plan around: reception and the hotel doors are closed after 8 p.m. If you arrive to check in later, you'll need to make phone calls and wait a while to get in. It seems to be the same across Bad Radkersburg. As a spa and health town, the whole community winds down at 8 p.m., when the streets are empty and practically everything is shut.

We felt completely at ease and got to relax in the lovely pool and sauna area. The rooms are spacious, the amenities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful, mostly Slovenians. It's a uniquely good hotel. We'll definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We've been coming for years and love it here. They always do their best to meet our wishes whenever they can. Calling it "Garni" really doesn't do the place justice! A big thank you to the fantastic staff, especially Karin Gufler at the front of house, for giving us such a wonderful holiday every time. Tamara and Winfried Tschinkl

The breakfast was perfectly fine, and we'd happily come back. It's a clean, very nice hotel, fairly basic but entirely adequate.

The bedroom and bathroom are divided by a huge sliding glass door. From the bedroom you can see your partner using the toilet, and because the door doesn't close properly, sounds and smells carry through. It's awful. Who thought that was a good idea? That alone spoils what would otherwise be a very good impression. We wouldn't book here again for this reason. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the location near the thermal baths is excellent.
