For the price, this hotel made no sense to me. I arrived around 7 pm, when it was already completely dark and quite unsettling. There were no lights around the hotel, and even the reception was pitch black, so I had to use my phone flashlight to find the entrance. We eventually met a woman who I think was the owner. The room was very cold, and the blanket was tiny. The bed creaked whenever I moved, and the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. There were no keys for the doors, so you sleep with the door unlocked 😴. I wouldn’t stay here again.

A good place to stop with a motorbike along Klippitzthoerl. The rooms are okay and the food is good. The chef and his friends are also great musicians and can put on a party. Just keep in mind that payment is cash only.

The welcome was lovely, and everyone was super helpful. Everything was very clean, and breakfast was the best I’ve had in a while, especially the hot bread. What more could you want? :)
