We stayed for three days and honestly weren't ready to leave. The place is cute, fancy, clean, and has everything you need, with gorgeous views and a really peaceful setting. The staff were brilliant and so friendly. The food was delicious too, from the nicely presented dinners to a breakfast buffet with a great selection, including vegan options. We had a lovely little vacation and are already keen to come back. Can't think of anything they could improve.

The heated pool and sauna were a real highlight. We went in mid-November, and the pool was perfect on the sunny days. I'd happily return and recommend the hotel, though there are a few practical snags: there's no fridge, the sauna has to be switched on when you ask, including for the evenings, the restaurant closes earlier than its Booking listing says, and the room heating didn't work.

The room was uncomfortably hot, and we couldn't get it to a comfortable temperature because the heating seemed not to work properly. The bar wasn't open during our stay, so there was nowhere to get a drink after skiing, and even orange juice for the children wasn't available. Breakfast also felt limited for what we expected from a four-star hotel. We had to ask for basics like croissants, which were then baked fresh and brought over. The selection was broader at the weekend when the hotel had more guests, which seemed inconsistent, especially for the price.

We liked the hotel and had a good stay, but for us it works best for just one night. There's not much to do, and the wellness area is very small, with only one pool and one sauna. The sauna also shut an hour earlier than it was supposed to, and there isn't a fridge in the room. It's a beautiful place with stunning interior design and an amazing breakfast. It has a lot of potential, though some details need attention. There's no electric vehicle charging station, and the restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Reception didn't mention that food was still available at the bar, so we went to the village and lost two hours.
