Motel Verde

Everything was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and knew how to handle the road noise. They can provide earplugs. The motel is right by the road, though, so you hear passing cars, and light sleepers should expect it to get noisy at night.

The service was fine, the room was clean, and parking was free. For the few hours we spent there to shower and sleep, it worked for one night. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, though, and road traffic could be heard in the room. We were on the second floor, with a high window that didn't let us see the view outside. I'd suggest seeing the room before paying.

I didn't sleep well because of the uncomfortable bed and the road noise. Even with our window on the far side, traffic could still be heard. The pillows seemed like the cheapest kind and were already worn out. The motel itself looks modern and good, with a very comfortable bathroom and a separate toilet.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower were fine too. But the air conditioning in room 45 barely worked, so the attic room was very warm at night on September 8. Opening the window brought street noise in.
