Great view and a nice place to stay. The room was okay, but smelled odd, maybe smoke?

We ended up booking this guesthouse at the last minute after our other hotel had a double booking. It’s very much like stepping back into the early 80s, with a real retro feel. Everything was tidy, and since we only needed a place to sleep and have breakfast, that worked out fine. The beds were okay, nothing more, and breakfast was very basic. The hostess was really friendly, though. I did find a strange smell a bit bothersome, and couldn’t tell if it came from food or smoking.

The place is spotlessly clean and the hosts are warm and kind. Its location is beautiful too. The only reason I’d give it four stars is the breakfast, which felt very repetitive. A little more variety, like fruit, vegetables, or muesli, would have been nice.
