Haus Resi

We’ve stayed in the ground-floor apartment for winter sports for several years, and the value used to be excellent. But the weekly price for eight people has climbed sharply over the last two years, from €2000 to €3200. We were told renovations meant higher temporary rent, though fully modernized apartments in Berwang can be rented for the same price. After a few years, the area also started to feel monotonous, so we moved elsewhere. Compare options carefully so you don't pay too much.

The view from our premium suite was lovely, and the apartment was clean. It’s in a handy spot, just a five-minute walk from a ski lift. The hostess was friendly, and the accommodation was great.

We were eleven in the large apartment at Haus Resi and had plenty of room, especially in the cozy living room with lots of tables for meals, games, or just relaxing on the corner bench. The kitchen was spacious and nicely furnished, and we all slept well in the comfortable beds. Sandra Koch lovingly looked after the warm tiled stove. Everything was just right, and we’d be happy to return. Haus Resi is also right in the center of Berwang.

The hosts were very friendly, and the basement is surprisingly spacious. Some rooms and the bathroom have been renovated recently. We had a really nice family weekend, even with all the rain. Parking was the one awkward bit. With two cars we always found somewhere near the house, but it was a different spot each night, and once we had to park on the soggy lawn. Clearly marked guest spaces would have helped.
