Sankt-Nikolaus Studio Innsbruck

I booked through Booking on Sep 3 and never heard a thing from the listing owner. The phone didn’t ring, and there was nothing at the property address either. I’m now trying to get reimbursed through Booking. I’m shocked this listing is still up. Scam. Beware.

The place isn’t there.

I only wanted to know whether the heating worked, since some platforms mentioned it and others didn’t. After I asked, the host insulted me and was very disrespectful. I’d already booked, and when I asked to cancel, they refused. I reported what happened to the police and the relevant booking platforms. Don’t book here.

The only good thing was the location. The beds were awful, the shower ran out of hot water quickly, and the ancient washing machine didn’t work. The toilet paper basket was dirty from previous guests and had been left on top of the washer. There was no bath mat, which made getting out of the shower a nuisance, and the kitchen was poorly equipped. It was far too expensive for what they provide. There’s no parking, and the note in the apartment made it sound as if parking in the blue zone spaces was free. I got a 25 Euro fine. It just wasn’t worth the cost.
