I liked how quiet it was, even though the main tourist area is only a walk away and the train station is quite close. The staff were lovely and helpful, and I never had trouble with the shared bathroom since it was kept clean. Getting up several flights of stairs with a big bag was tough, though. A place to leave luggage downstairs might help. I'd happily come back.

The sound carries a lot between rooms, but I slept soundly with white noise and was never woken up. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here. The shared bathroom setup is a little awkward, though you know that when booking. It's also well placed for walking to both the old town and train station.

It's a good budget choice since Innsbruck can be expensive. The rooms were clean, and a friendly woman helped us check in. We asked for hot water and she provided an electric kettle. Just be aware there isn't an elevator, so hauling heavy luggage up the stairs can be a challenge.

Everything was basic, but it all worked and, most importantly, was clean. Check-in was quick, and the employees were friendly and helpful. They even let me leave my baggage after checkout while I went to see some places. Recommended!
