I was especially impressed by the people at reception and in the restaurant. They were attentive, professional, warm, and made sure my questions were answered. The room was clean and comfortable, with the amenities I expected, including plush beds, rain showers, and fast Wi-Fi. Penz Hotel West is right beside the airport, which made it very convenient, and the mountain views were stunning. I had coffee on the terrace in the morning and watched the sunrise light up the peaks. It was one of the best stops on my Austria trip, and I'd happily return. 5/5.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful mountain view, and it had great utilities. The hotel is only about a five-minute walk from the airport, and the bus stop is a minute away. We received a welcome card that let us use public transport for free. The staff were kind and friendly, and breakfast was amazing. A very kind man in the restaurant offered coffee to everyone each morning.

For anyone who wants to sleep in before a flight, look below the bathroom light switch for the blind control. It makes the room very dark. The airport is a five-minute walk away. I was impressed by how clean and polished the place was. Airport hotels can be overpriced and not very nice when you don't have many options, but I would have paid almost twice what I did here. The rooms are comfortable and modern, and breakfast has lots of choices. There's also a parking lot, a large gym with good equipment, a sauna, and a restaurant for dinner.

I'm a tourist bus driver, and of all the places I've visited around Europe in a short time, this is one of my favourites. The reception, bar, and restaurant staff were professional, kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms and everything else were really good. I highly recommend it! 🇦🇹👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The rooms are nice, but there was no kettle in mine and no evening food available. It's a useful stop for the airport, though pricey.
