The owners are top notch, and the comfort, atmosphere, and breakfasts were all great. Exceptional lodging in beautiful Berwang, especially snowy in winter.

The guest refrigerator on the first floor came in handy. We were there for three days with our family and toddler. Breakfast was nicely laid out, with fresh fruit salad and some vegetables available each day. Eggs were made fresh to order, so everyone could have them the way they liked. The shower worked well for our toddler, though we would've appreciated having a microwave.

The view over Berwang and the surrounding area is beautiful, and being welcomed by Silke and Wolfgang is always a pleasure. The view is fantastic, with the mountains visible right from the bed. This is a really nice place to stay on the edge of a small, very quiet village. The rooms have a slightly dated style without feeling old-fashioned, and while the bathroom isn't the newest, it's perfectly adequate. Breakfast was delicious and had everything you could want. They even shared an excursion tip while making my freshly fried egg. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
