Hotel Post Bezau & Susanne Kaufmann Spa

We stayed in suite 304 from 3 Jan to 6 Jan 2024, and got home to Switzerland just an hour ago. I wanted to write straight away because I can't think of another hotel I've stayed at with service, facilities, and staff this good. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond, and the hotel was spotless. The food was amazing, too. We chose the 'daily changing' menu, which was incredible and great value. Thank you to everyone who makes Hotel Post Bezau such a lovely place to stay. Our souls are singing, and we're already looking forward to coming back. See you soon.

We spent 4 days / 3 nights at Post Bezau and felt at home the whole time. The rooms and service were great, the staff super friendly, the SPA was wow, and the kitchen was a dream. Everything was spotless and beautiful, with a really quiet atmosphere. The hotel arranged a shuttle from Zürich Airport for some euro, so having a car isn't really necessary here. It's professionally managed and had everything we needed. We'll be back as soon as we can!

My 3 day Holistic Beauty Retreat at Hotel Post Bezau was wonderful, and I can't recommend it enough. I've followed Susanne Kaufmann for a while, so visiting the hotel and trying the treatments was a dream. The locally sourced food and the beautiful Austrian setting made it even better. The Hotel Team organized my transport and planned my treatments and activities perfectly. During the retreat, there's a special detox menu. I also had my own table in the restaurant, where the attentive staff took time to explain the dishes and check that I was happy with everything. I stayed in the Detox Sleep room, which had Susanne Kaufmann products and a view of the mountains. I believe all the rooms have the products. I hope to return soon. It's a lovely way to get away from busy city life and reset, with wonderful spa facilities and Susanne Kaufmann treatments.

I'm appalled at the positive reviews. I live in asia and spent 300$+ on skincare, including a moisturiser, toner and milk cleanser. My skin felt soft, but after an hour my face had gone as red as a tomato. At first I thought it was the heat, until my friend said it looked pink and red and asked if a mosquito had bitten me. I was flushed, even though I don't usually react to skincare products. I stopped using them and washed my face with cold water only for a couple of days. Only then did my skin return to normal. These products don't suit hot or very humid cities or climates. Maybe the reviews are fake or paid, because none of the products worked as people claimed. Such a waste.
