The location is excellent, right at the bottom of the slopes, with a ski lift 200 m away. We enjoyed our week and the kids want to come back next year. The pool was excellent, with a great view of the slope and mountains. Upstairs on the fourth floor, the spa has a magnificent valley view, four saunas, a fitness area, and a relaxation room. The children also enjoyed the climbing wall and the playroom with billiards, table football, and other games. Our room was comfortable and big enough, with a little lobby behind a glass door, though it felt a bit old. The breakfast and dinner were very good, varied, and tasty, with everything we wanted. There wasn't enough staff, though, so we had to wait for things like a table or a towel.

This was a good stay, and I appreciate how hard the staff work to make it enjoyable. The practical, comfortable rooms are part of a place with a great central hangout space and lovely play areas for kids. It's also well located for skiing. There are some oddities. The entrance area to the rooms has a strange see-through door and isn't very practical. Wi-Fi in the rooms was so weak it was almost unusable, and noise from people outside carried in. Even after filling out all my details for the booking, I had to write them all out again at check-in.

I entered the wrong date when booking, and the reservation couldn't be refunded. Even though there were plenty of vacancies, they wouldn't let me change the date, so I ended up paying for the room twice. I can accept that, but I wish they'd been more accommodating. I also left my iPad in the room after checking out. I asked them to send it back and offered to cover shipping and handling, but they never replied.

We travelled with kids, and they had plenty to keep them busy. The hotel sits in a valley surrounded by beautiful mountains, and in my honest opinion, the price was low for what you get. Recommended.

We stayed at this very good hotel on our way to Italy and would do it again. The rooms were clean, the service and buffet food were good, and there was plenty for the kids to do.
