A good, solid holiday apartment in a convenient spot, about 10 minutes from the cable car and ski lift. There was no oven, unfortunately, but it did have a microwave and a grill oven.

We loved our stay and will definitely return. The house and its location are fantastic, and the landlady is incredibly kind. Our apartment was just below the top floor, very large, spacious, and well equipped, making it ideal for families with children. The balcony has a breathtaking view, and you can see Zugspitze from the kitchen window.

Apartment Waldblick has been nicely renovated. It was clean and spacious, with friendly owners, a beautiful view, and a private parking space. The mattresses were the main problem: very hard and quite thin. The sofa bed wasn’t suitable for sleeping, with two steel hinge bars across it at hip and shoulder height and no soft covering. We put our own mat underneath, but it was still hard. There’s a steep path uphill, and it takes 10-15 minutes to walk down the slope. No bread rolls are provided, so we had to drive out for bread every morning, although there is an oven. In winter, the heater was set extremely high, so we kept the windows open. We’re used to quiet, and there was still quite a bit of evening noise from the valley, including ski slope machines. With the windows shut, you can’t hear it. Even with those issues, we’d book again for the location and cleanliness. We’d bring our own mats and a child’s mattress next time.

From the balcony, or even from bed, you can take in lovely views of the peaks. This guesthouse was at the highest point of all the places we stayed. It’s also so central that the sights and ski lifts are right outside or no more than 20 minutes away. A beautiful, newly renovated place that’s still affordable. We’ll definitely stay here again.
