The spa was a real highlight, and I highly recommend the hotel. At breakfast, the team surprised me for my birthday with a little bottle of bubbly and party popper decorations. Such a thoughtful personal touch that made my day. The food was delicious, and our room was cozy, spotless, and well looked after. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We had an absolutely lovely stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and pointed us to some good nearby restaurants and ski resorts. Our room was very clean, with daily cleaning, and had an amazing mountain view. The location worked well for us: Innsbruck and Axamer Lizum are both 10-15 minutes away, while Stubai Gletscher is under an hour by car. It's an amazing ski resort, and is included with the Ski Plus City pass. I recommend the hotel and will definitely come back again.

The breakfast had a good range of very good options, and our clean room looked nice. The hotel itself is welcoming, with kind staff and parking spaces. Staying here gives you the Innsbruck welcome card, with discounts and free rides on some buses, which is handy and saves money. It's great value if you'd rather stay close to Innsbruck than sleep in the city. A great hotel for the price.

I was amazed by how many different breads they served at breakfast, which was excellent and had a huge variety of food. It's a very nice family-run business, and I'd definitely come back.

After all the walking, it was a treat to come back to the spa area. We enjoyed the evening meal twice, and it was very good. Breakfast also had loads of choice. Manuela gave us a wonderful welcome, and her English is much better than my German. Our room was a decent size, with a balcony and spectacular views. The hotel is very clean but still feels homely, and the village is just perfect, with staggering views. We loved the area and will be back. Maybe it's a British thing, but a kettle in the room would have been good. We had a fantastic week here.
