Great for a family with kids, quiet and clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The family were kind and helpful. I'll come again in winter too ;)

The hot tub and sauna were such a treat, we'd love to pack them up and take them home. We really enjoyed them. The place deserves five stars for its spacious, clean rooms, fantastic views, friendly host who sorts out problems, and excellent bread service. The bathroom and balcony views are especially beautiful. It's a great base for outdoor activities, a little off the main road but still an easy walk to restaurants, the Alvierbad spa, and a supermarket. We had bad luck with a smoker next door at night and guests in front of us who behaved antisocially, including breaking a bed without reporting it. Smoke seeped into our bedroom and made it hard to sleep. The accommodation should be smoke-free, and guests like that should be kept out. If smoking were not allowed, we'd gladly return to do the excursions we missed because of the poor weather. The surrounding area is definitely worth visiting.

The morning bread roll delivery is included in the price, and that was a highlight for us. We had a great stay in a spotless, modern apartment with everything we needed, plus a parking space in the underground garage. Communication was easy and straightforward. We had a lovely time! :)

The location is superb, with the gondola base station just a five-minute walk away. The balcony is huge, with a breathtaking view over the Brandnertal mountains and valley. Inside, the apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen. It's great for a family with a small child, and you can have a quiet evening without giving up comfort. The hosts are very friendly. We will definitely return and highly recommend it, especially for families with a small child. PS: The photos were taken straight from our balcony!
