The guesthouse is a little older, but it suits the place well. We had a great stay: the location is right in central Bregenz, so everything is easy to reach on foot. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were very friendly.

Our three-person room was larger than we'd expected, and the shared bathrooms and showers were clean and always available. Breakfast was lovely too. The location is ideal, close to the water and some great restaurants. We stayed here the night before the Sparkasse marathon and were really pleased with it.

We came, stayed for two nights, and left! The room was lovely, if simple, and the place was quiet. There was lots of space, though small steps were everywhere. No soap or kettle, but the towels were nice and big.

The rooms were clean and matched the description, but there's no parking near the hotel, and it's hard to spot among the row of places, with only a small sign. Light sleepers should know that guests come in at all hours and the wooden floors creak when people go to the shared bathroom. It wasn't a good fit for my family, so we wouldn't stay again.

I've rarely felt so unwelcome. You can't shower after 10 pm, there are no kettles or shared spaces, and breakfast was sparse, to put it kindly. It's a shame, because this is a nice old house in a very good location, and it could be a real gem.
