Alpenhotel Kitzbühel

Kitzski wasn’t a great place to ski for us, with crowds and narrow, bumpy slopes, so we’ll come back in summer next time. The stay itself was a really good, unique experience. It was quiet, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was the best ever, with fresh blueberries, mango and raspberries. The spa was great, and the pool was unusual. They even have curling.

The hotel is right by the lake and hiking track, and the location was really good. It felt cosy, the rooms were clean and modern, and the facilities were new. Everyone on staff was so friendly and nice. We had a lovely holiday and will definitely come back.

We could easily get to the hotel by train, then walk or take the free shuttle. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and looked after. The staff were all friendly and attentive, with a comforting sense that they could arrange things for us. There’s a Wellness Area and Spa for relaxing, plus a Gym and E-Bikes for sports. The food was a dream. This was our best vacation so far, and we’ll definitely return. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The location may be the best in Kitzbühel, with a magnificent view of the lake, and the hotel’s design and look are fantastic. Hospitality felt warm and genuine throughout. At reception, people took time to welcome us, show us around and help with whatever we needed, not just handle check-in and check-out. The waiters made dinner a pleasant experience, and the kitchen and cleaning staff were just as kind and smiley. Breakfast and the rest of the food were such high quality that it’s hard to remember having anything like it. Everyone kept trying to make sure we were happy. It costs money, but it’s worth it. I’d want to go again.
