The location was good, but the stay fell short of what the listing led me to expect. I was told WiFi was available, but when I needed it for work, it wasn’t. The stove, oven, and coffee machine didn’t work either. Checkout was supposed to be at 11, then the night before we left they asked us to be out by 8. When I asked for 9, they would only meet me at 8:45. I asked for some kind of rebate or refund and was refused, then they stopped replying until checkout the next morning. I also contacted her about repairing the stove or oven. She said someone would come on our second day while we were out, but five days later nobody had helped at all. I’ll stay somewhere else next time for better customer service, respect, and accommodations.

The apartment, hospitality, location, and panorama were all 10/10. I highly recommend staying here!

The house is in a perfect spot, with lovely apartments, excellent beach sunbathing areas, and very good water quality. The main beds had great mattresses and were really comfortable. But the children's rooms were unacceptable: the sofa beds had cheap furniture, presumably from a Swedish furniture store, and the beds creaked and felt hard. The 5 cm mattresses kept sliding around. At this price, the sleeping arrangements should be decent. The Austrian TV channels also didn’t work because the activation cards hadn’t arrived in time. When I raised these two problems, an older, very annoyed man at reception played them down and didn’t deal with them. Such a shame, only three stars.

Everyone is very nice, the food tastes great, and the service is good.

Everything basically went perfectly. The one drawback is that there aren’t any supermarkets nearby, so you have to drive when you need groceries.
