Two days after we booked the house for a week through Skiwelt.at, the Klein family told us it wasn't available at the listed price and that we'd need to pay €500 more. They said Skiwelt.at kept showing incorrect prices, but when we checked with the tourist board, they assured us that the owners manage their own prices and listings. Then, two days later, we were told our arrival and departure had been moved by a day because the apartment had meanwhile been rented to someone else, even though we had a booking confirmation for everything. We've spent 25 years taking holidays in Brixen, and this is the first accommodation we absolutely can't recommend.

We had a very relaxing week in a lovely holiday apartment with a beautiful view of the Choralpe. The terrace was large and had barbecue facilities, and the landlords were friendly.
