The sauna and relaxation area are spacious and free for guests. I liked unwinding there, though it seems underused since it can only be booked by individual guests on request. It fits 8-10 people, so it might be more sociable if guests could share it, with management setting a maximum number of users if needed. My other suggestion is blackout curtains. Sunlight came through the existing ones and woke me on bright mornings. I stayed four very comfortable nights this week. My room was bright and attractive, looking onto the little square in front of the hotel, yet it stayed quiet throughout. The hotel is well designed. Breakfast was excellent, with a good range of hot and cold food and drinks, served in a bright, well-arranged room. The staff were all welcoming and helpful, and spoke very good English.

For train travelers, the location works well, and breakfast is good. Service felt a bit impersonal, while both the rooms and the hotel itself were fine but lacked character. The beds seem reasonably large at first, but the mattress is split into two singles, which makes them feel less so. There's a bike locker in the main parking lot, a short walk away. I think you can do better in Kremser.

The public areas are spacious, comfortable, and modern, and the rooms are very spacious and modern too. The staff were friendly and helpful. But in hot June weather, our room got very hot with just a fan and no air conditioning. There were also very few sockets. It could be a very good hotel, but I wouldn't come back if the weather was going to be hot.

We stayed one night in a roomy, clean suite, and breakfast was plentiful. I was surprised that one teabag in the room cost 1.2 Euro and a single nespresso pod was 1.5 Euro. Oddly enough, the sugar was free!

The staff were really nice, and the breakfast buffet was great. It's clean and close to the city center.
