Haus Tiefenbacher

The setting is lovely, and the rooms have a cosy feel with everything you need. The staff were very kind.

The people here were so nice. I’d definitely recommend staying!

Elisabeth was warm and attentive, and the apartment was bright and clean. We were close to a supermarket, bars and a pizzeria, with bike paths starting just nearby among the woods and green meadows. There’s also a little lake about a 10-minute walk away, with a seafood restaurant. We used the tourist ticket Elisabeth gave us to catch the free bus to Kitzbuel, about 25 minutes away. A short walk from there took us to Black Lake (Schwarzersee). The apartment faced the street, which was the one drawback, but it was quiet at night and we slept well. It was a holiday with plenty of activity and time to relax. We’ll be back!

We were disappointed with the balcony view, but the rooms themselves were clean and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, especially the rolls, and the hostess was kind and always happy to share advice. The house is practically in the center of Brixen. There’s free covered parking beside the building, a shop just steps away, and a great pub across the street. The ski bus stop is a two-minute walk, and the gondola lift is only a few minutes away. Thanks, House Tiefenbacher from Poland :-)
