We had a great stay as a family of five. The house is fully detached, so there's lots of privacy, and you can head straight into the forest or walk down to Lake Zell. Bruck itself is a pleasant town with plenty of restaurants. The house was spotless, though a few areas show wear, probably from how previous tenants have handled things. Getting in and out by car takes a little care: turn around at the house, then you can reverse along the driveway.

The garden is lovely, and several great walking routes start right from there. Shops, restaurants, and the swimming pool are all an easy walk away. The house is very nice and well placed, with everything close by and all the equipment you need. Definitely worth a stay ♥️

There were six adults and two small children in our family group. The house has plenty of equipment, but it was dirty and badly run-down, so we can't recommend it and give it only two stars. There were lots of cobwebs indoors, which isn't surprising given the natural surroundings, and the floors were quite dirty. It really seemed like they hadn't been cleaned at all. The beds were usable, but very worn too.

We found food left under the table by the previous guests ^^, and the floors were so dirty we mopped the whole place before settling in. The beds were completely worn out. I wouldn't book this place again…
