We stopped in for dinner on Wednesday and had a really enjoyable meal. The portions were generous and nicely presented, and the flavors kept changing with each bite. Service was quick and friendly without making us feel hurried. Their house beer deserves a mention too. We liked it so much that we took a six-pack of bottles with us. This review is about the restaurant, not the guesthouse.

This is about the restaurant, not the hotel. The staff were attentive and nice, but the food was dull. They asked whether I wanted salad, then charged €5.80 for a tiny, sad-looking heap of flavorless lettuce. The schnitzel coating wasn't very good either, though the potatoes were decent. The rest of the menu didn't look interesting.

Everything was tasty and the service was good. My only issue was the side salad: when the server asked if I wanted potato or fries with my schnitzel and a salad, I didn't realize the salad cost €5. It was basically just lettuce and dressing. Even so, I enjoyed the meal and would recommend the restaurant.

The place itself is beautiful, but the service from the waitress was awful. She was rude, grumpy and bitter, and the schnitzel was cold with a soggy crust, as if it had been fried in old oil hours earlier. We were frustrated because we'd seen the good reviews before coming and ended up having such a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for its rude service and poor food. Never again.

Quiet, pleasant accommodation in a traditional mountain style. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were really nice.
