That garden was such a peaceful spot, with hammocks, a little stream, and lambs and donkeys nearby. Our room also had a nice view from the balcony. We stayed four nights in September of 2025 and came away delighted, around 9/10 overall. Dinner on half board was a highlight: soup, salads and cheeses at the buffet, plus 2-3 changing servings. Everything tasted great, with healthy choices too. Breakfast had plenty of options, including an egg station and lots of fruit, berries and seeds like chia, flax, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin. The staff were extremely nice, parking was free and plentiful, and the cancellation policy allowed changes up to two days before the stay. A few practical things: the gym has only three cardio machines and no free weights. Our comfort room's shower was a bit small, and the curtains let in some sunlight, which could make sleeping in tricky. There was no tea or coffee in the room; a tea station let us take tea upstairs, but had no coffee machine. The hotel has several saunas and a slightly heated pool, but no hot tubs. Breakfast's coffee machine had options, though hot chocolate would've been nice. Tap water at dinner cost us 5.9 euros for a jug, which is standard in Austria. The Wi-Fi was fine, but the TV wasn't smart, so bring something like Chromecast if you want to use Netflix.

The food was tremendous, and the team really seemed committed to making our stay a great hotel experience. The place sits right in the mountains rather than in the village, at the foot of the lifts. It was easy to reach by car, and we could get to the top of the hill in 10 minutes. Great spot for mountain biking.

We were there in July last year, and I should've written this sooner. Better late than never! The views from the Hotel are magnificent, and both the spa facilities and food were fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and the owners were friendly and really interesting to talk with. I can't recommend it enough. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. Hope to return soon. The spa and pool were just what we needed, and the area was big enough for all the guests without feeling crowded. Food was VERY good across breakfast, afternoon snack and the coursed dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was so clean. It was one of the most comfortable, relaxing places I've stayed. I'd give it more than five stars if I could!

The dinners were outstanding, and the spa and sauna were top quality. It's a lovely place in a good spot for skiing, especially if you're looking for a winter retreat.
