We were a family of six, and the apartment made a great base for exploring beautiful Vienna. It was spacious and clean, with public transport nearby and a supermarket just across the street, which was very convenient. Check-in was easy, and we found free street parking right outside the building. I especially appreciate that the owner went out of his way to rearrange bookings after we had to postpone our arrival by a day at the last minute, so we could keep the same apartment. Highly recommend it.
10/10
We were three, and the apartment had plenty of room for us. The beds, pillows, and comforters were soft and clean, and the WiFi was fast. It’s conveniently between two metro stations, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. There’s also a big SPAR across the street, where we picked up different kinds of sausages to try for breakfast.
8/10
Staff are friendly and the location is good, but comfort could be better. The bathroom needs renovating. Still, it was a nice experience.
4/10
Belvedere ap was disappointing. It’s on the mezzanine level and has a musty smell. We also had ants keeping us company.
4/10
We stayed for 3 days and it was very bad. There were no services. The sink was completely blocked, the chimney didn’t work, and there was no washing machine. The exhaust fans in the toilet and bathrooms only worked for a few seconds.
