Arséne at reception made our stay especially good. He was attentive, professional, patient with all our questions, and always made sure we had what we needed. His friendly manner and readiness to help really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone so welcoming and dedicated. He’s a real asset to the hotel, highly appreciated and recommended.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed the sauna and gym especially, and felt the stay met what I’d expect from a four-star hotel. I’m a Hyatt Globalist, so I was puzzled by the many negative reviews. The shower had no privacy door, though guests could use the sauna shower. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked, but the Wi-Fi could have been faster.

We loved our three-night stay last winter. The location made it easy to reach attractions, with train, tram, and bus stations nearby. Everyone on staff was kind and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent, the gym was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, and the spacious parking lot was available for a fee. Our room was clean and roomy. The shower had no door, which might feel awkward for some, though it was fine for a family; a curtain would help. As a Globalist, I was a little disappointed not to get a high-floor room, since those have views of the city and Belvedere. Maybe next time. Thanks for the great memories. The location is fantastic, behind Belvedere Palace, with a tram right outside and a train station five minutes away. My base-level room was still spacious and well furnished. Elana and especially Andreas at the front desk were very helpful, always ready with advice and suggestions. Breakfast service was amazing, and the whole team was professional and focused on guests. The buffet was quite impressive for this kind of hotel. From what I saw, there are also good spaces for small and medium-sized conferences.
