Flatprovider - Manuela Apartment Vienna

Everything else was great, though the entry code was incorrect and customer service took a little while to respond.

The location near the subway was great, and parking was included. Check-in was easy and contactless. The apartment badly needs renovation, though. Lots of things are broken, the baseboards are coming apart, and the place was dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet still had stool from the previous tenant. Heating comes from the air conditioning, whose fan was disruptive at night. The bathroom was freezing, with only a tiny heating pad that runs on a 15-minute timer. After we complained, the cleaning company supposedly came while we were out, but we couldn't see that anything had been done.

The host, Manuela, was quick to answer our questions, and the setting was peaceful. The accommodation matched its description and was fully equipped. The metro is just steps away, so downtown takes about 15 minutes to reach. Highly recommended, and thank you for everything.

We’ve stayed here several times, and both the adults and kids are already looking forward to coming back. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and air conditioning throughout. It’s a friendly holiday place in a quiet spot, with U1 Oberlaa station under a five-minute walk away and good public transport links.
