For the price, this hotel was incredible. We spent 3 nights there and had an amazing time. The room was clean and warm, everything worked, and the staff were kind. The centre is a little way off, but the metro is only about a 3 minute walk, so it wasn't an issue. I'd definitely recommend it, and I'd choose it again if I return to Vienna.

The staff are exceptionally kind. It's a sweet, modest place that's clean and comfortable, and this is definitely where I'll stay when I come back to Vienna.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was very cold in February because the windows were broken. The shower was clogged, there was mold on the walls, and the old beds weren't really comfortable. We didn't get any room service during our stay. I'd recommend finding somewhere else in Vienna.

I was there alone for 2 nights and had no problems. The room was clean, all the furniture was intact, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's just a 5 minute walk to the metro. I definitely recommend it.

Nothing fancy, just the ordinary hotel I expected, and the room matched the listing exactly. We got breakfast included, which was nice but nothing special. When my wife needed another pillow, one arrived almost immediately. The U3 subway station of Ottakring is a 5 minute walk away, and there's a tram and bus stop literally in front of the hotel. They ask for a 50 euros deposit, which you get back at checkout. I'd stay again.
