The staff were exceptional and attentive to every detail. It's an excellent boutique hotel, with elegant, stylish decor. I'd definitely come back.

The rooms and surrounding area were wonderfully quiet, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing too. I'd also recommend the nice little wine venue just across the street 🥂🍷

The service was what made Hotel Zur Wiener Staatsoper stand out. Staff went out of their way to make us feel cared for, from personal tips on local attractions to anticipating what we might need. The concierge team was particularly good, with insider suggestions for dining, shopping, and experiencing Vienna's culture. Its central location is hard to beat: steps from the Vienna State Opera and close to the Hofburg Palace, the Ringstrasse, and other sights. It made exploring easy, whether visiting for work or pleasure. Inside, the atmosphere felt warm and refined, with a touch of classic Viennese elegance. Our room combined modern comfort with old-world charm. It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with high-end toiletries, plush bedding, good soundproofing, and modern amenities. The decor had lovely detail and evoked Vienna's grandeur. For a comfortable, stylish, memorable stay that brings together the city's history and modern hospitality, I'd highly recommend it.

We felt at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to service that was both personal and world class. For our anniversary, the staff even left a handwritten note and cake in our room. The rooms are modern, well equipped and spotless, with great beds and 5* soundproofing. Hotel Zur Wiener Staatsoper has all the things you need. It may not have a spa, pool or large conference rooms, but the welcoming atmosphere and service more than make up for that. I can't recommend it enough. 11/10.
