Sissi West

We had a very comfortable two-night stay and a lovely time. The staff were kind and helpful, and our room was clean and cosy. It’s not near the center, but the U4 line makes getting around easy.

The apartment has a beautiful interior and was great. It wasn’t a hotel, despite what the booking listing said. Parking was difficult to figure out if you’re not from Vienna.

The room was spotless when we arrived, and the owner was super nice. We also got a digital guide with useful hotel details and recommendations for nearby bars and restaurants, plus small snacks, tea, and coffee. You can tell he cares about his guests. The building is a lovely modern home with air conditioning, a huge flat-screen TV, stereo, and coffee machine. We paid 70 for the night and were a little suspicious because the photos looked almost too good, but the real place was even better. Schönbrunn Palace is a ten-minute walk away, the metro takes five minutes on foot, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and places to get a drink nearby. The center is about 30 minutes away. A hidden gem in Vienna.

We chose the hotel for its location, close to Schönbrunn Palace. Public transport is a block away, and restaurants and grocery stores are two blocks away. The staff were quick to respond, and our room was comfortable and very clean. We hope to come back someday.
