The hotel is lovely and very central, and the staff who welcomed me on 01.06.26 were amazing. My departure on 03.06.26 was a different story: the male receptionist was arrogant and seemed too busy to help. I asked for an airport taxi and was told to give at least an hour's notice and that the price was fixed. That wasn't what happened, and the driver had no idea.

The hotel's restaurant was delicious every time, and I really recommend it. I had a wonderful week here, with fantastic conversations and staff who were incredibly personable and sweet. Thank you to everyone!

The breakfast we booked was great, and the staff were so nice and helpful. It's a really nice hotel in a great location, right among the places you might want to explore. One small room annoyance: switching on all the lights also started the TV. The first time, I was confused about where the sound and voices were coming from. I'd definitely consider staying again next time I'm in Vienna.

Suleiman at reception was especially kind and helpful, always ready with advice. The breakfast had lots of choice and tasted great. Graben Hotel is right in the center of Vienna, close to St. Stephen’s Cathedral and plenty of restaurants and shops, so exploring was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The restaurant here is really nice, with pleasant staff and reasonable prices. The hotel is well placed for exploring Vienna, and the Christmas markets are practically right outside. It's also easy to reach, about five minutes from the underground.
