Just a five minute walk to Rathausplatz, so the location is very central. The staff are so friendly and breakfast is good. The rooms are clean, though honestly too small. I'd stay again if I visit Vienna another time.

The beds were clean, comfortable, and kept me warm through the winter nights. I really enjoyed the stay, and the hotel worked well for our 4 day trip. It does trap heat, though, so with both windows shut the room gets a bit too hot.

8/10
We had an early tour, and they opened the dining room half an hour ahead of time for us, which was perfect. Breakfast was what you'd expect, and there's a quaint lift that might be the original one. The hotel is lovely, around 20 minutes on foot from the centre and most of the tourist attractions. A great base for exploring Vienna.

Comfortable rooms and a nice hotel, with a good range at breakfast. It's well placed for walking around Vienna and handy for Rathays and the tram system.

The staff were welcoming and nice, the cleaning was spotless, and breakfast was decent. It's a great spot for exploring the city centre, with public transport close by. Vienna's transport is reliable, clean, and easy to figure out.
