The hotel is in a great spot, and the staff are lovely and look after guests well. The restaurant was the weak point for us. Breakfast only runs from 8-10, which is hard with small kids, and food disappeared faster than staff could refill it. Dinner was inconsistent too: some nights were delicious fine dining, while other meals were very poor. For what we paid and for a four star hotel, the restaurant didn't meet expectations.

You feel like a real guest here, not just a customer. The service is kind and direct, and the rooms are spacious. It's a five minute walk to the slopes, with indoor and outdoor pools plus plenty of wellness options. Amazing hotel, we'd definitely recommend it.

The family running this place clearly cares about giving everyone a great stay, and they go above and beyond in a way you don't get at a corporate chain. The food was amazing, the spa was great, and our room had everything we needed. Really lovely experience and worth every penny. We'll be back!

We come back to Damülser Hof for our ski holiday every year, and the mountain views and warm service keep us happy to return. The food is varied, delicious, and consistently high quality. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the hotel is only a few meters from the slopes. The spa has a big indoor pool and an outdoor pool with stunning views, plus a sauna area, meditation room, and fitness studio overlooking the scenery. We always love coming back :-)
