The hosts made sure our stay went smoothly and gave us thoughtful touches and personalized ski recommendations. With pristine slopes just steps away, the location works well for beginners and seasoned skiers alike. The chalet was a lovely mix of luxury and coziness. Its interiors were beautifully designed, the furnishings were plush, and the crackling fireplace made evenings feel magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and had breathtaking alpine views. It was an extraordinary ski chalet experience and a perfect winter escape. For an unforgettable ski retreat, this is an easy choice. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to return next season!

The shower leaked, and when we left, we were unlucky enough to have only cold water. The radiators were cold too. At checkout we even had to strip the beds ourselves, despite the exorbitant price. The hostess came across as very unpleasant and seemed concerned with her bank balance rather than her guests' well-being. The apartment is nice and close to the elevator, but the designer furniture is only in the hallway. The advertised whirlpool turned out to be the sauna's cold-water plunge pool, and we weren't allowed to use the fireplace. The kitchen knives were dull, and the so-called designer chalet didn't even have wine glasses. If you're after luxury, I'd book a spa hotel instead, where at least you'd get some service for the money.

The sauna was fantastic, and everything was very clean. My best friend and I felt at ease right from the start during our stay at Babsi Alm in Dienten. The rooms were great and the location beautiful. Highly recommended!
