The beds were very comfortable, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The cozy apartment has everything you need. The house is really well placed, about 200m from the valley station, and has two apartments. We had a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend it.

From the terraces, there are lovely views, and the owners are very kind and helpful. The two apartments are comfortable and have everything you need, though we did miss having a coffee maker. They’re near both the Schlick 2000 ski lift and Stubay swimming pool, and well located for exploring the Stubai Valley and Innsbruck.

I’m really disappointed by how this went. I made a booking by mistake and cancelled straight away, but still had to pay a huge €375 cancellation fee. Booking.com told me a refund should be no problem if the accommodation gave them an “OK.” Neither they nor I could get hold of anyone by phone or in writing for a whole week. When I finally reached someone, I was told, “I’ll see, I was on vacation.” After that, I couldn’t reach anyone again. I’d hoped they might show some goodwill and let me rebook or exchange the booking, but that didn’t happen. I cancelled a full month beforehand, so there was plenty of time to find someone else, and they did. I’m giving one star because anyone can make this kind of mistake, and losing so much money for nothing really hurts when you’re a student :(

We love this place and will see you next year! The landlady is super friendly, the balconies get plenty of sun, and the views are amazing. The holiday apartment has everything you could need, and the Schlick 2000 valley station is just a five-minute walk away.
