The spa has two saunas at different temperatures. They're clothing-free, which we hadn't realized, but we got used to it. The hotel is very quiet and relaxed, with a table set for each room that gives things a homely, familiar feel among the staff and nearby guests. The staff are lovely and get to know you, with a special thank you to Martina. The food was fantastic every night, and having a set menu with 3 main course options felt very liberating. Highly recommended!

The hospitality here is the real treat. Some places have all the bells and whistles but don't make you feel cared for; this one gets it right. We were welcomed warmly by excellent hosts, and the cozy decor and atmosphere made it feel special. The room was perfect, the view amazing, the food great, and the sauna fantastic. If you're from the UK, be ready for Austrian textile-free sauna decorum. I'd love to come back.

We spent 2 days skiing and the food was amazing, with clean, nicely decorated rooms too. The ski lift is a 12 minutes walk away. The kitchen wasn't really fitted for cooking, but that didn't matter since we skied all day and had breakfast and dinner included. We didn't have lunch or dinner anywhere else.

We returned to the Brugger in January 2025 and had another fantastic stay. The wonderful staff made it memorable again, and there's nothing negative I can say. Book a stay, you won't regret it! On our earlier visit, the owner made us feel welcome and was always ready to help. The room was comfortable and a good size, with a cozy, modern style throughout. We loved the excellent local cuisine and the spa area. Be sure to attend a session with Saunameister Josef. Thanks to the whole team.

The bus stop nearby goes straight to the gondola station for the slopes, which was a big plus, and the staff made us feel welcome. We had half board, and dinner at the great restaurant was extraordinary. I also liked having a lounge to relax in. Our room had literally no view, unfortunately, though we were told it was bigger than the other rooms. The internet was pretty slow, though that may not bother everyone.
