Getting there meant driving, but once I arrived the staff were so friendly. Fabio the barkeeper was my favorite, he made sure everyone was having a good time. The menus were delicious and nicely put together, too. I was at a wedding and expected the bathroom to have the usual things like deodorant or a brush. I know that may sound a bit cocky, but it's what I'm used to at wedding celebrations.

Everything was clean and pleasant, and the staff were both professional and nice. The food was good, with plenty of variety, so I'd recommend the place. The only drawback was getting to Graz without a car, since it's a bit far away, though manageable.

The rooms get very warm, and there are no lifts, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to heat or not fit and healthy. Otherwise, it's a comfortable, clean, modern hotel, with a spa and fitness facilities on site.

Getting there by car was easy, and there was plenty of parking. Housekeeping did a good job, but breakfast service was poor. The rooms were okay for the price, though they could have been better.

The bar and restaurant are great, and a month or longer in an apartment here costs a very fair price. It's a perfect spot for a temporary place near Graz, with fast WiFi, a public washing machine and even access to a fitness center. The receptionists, room service and management were all super friendly and flexible around the clock. Special thanks to Christina and Florian. Five stars, and I'd give another if I could.
