Green Hill Apartments - Dornbirn

For a short visit, this place worked really well. The apartment was clean and nice, and check-in and check-out were simple.

There was hair in the bathroom from the previous guest, and the bed sheets had holes. Broken furniture added to the problems. The kitchen wasn't properly equipped or clean: the oven and refrigerator were dirty, the coffee maker had no pot, and the kettle was burnt. The cleanliness overall left a lot to be desired, and the stay was very disappointing.

We are very disappointed. The place was filthy, hair from the previous guest was in the beds, there were no smoke detectors, the curtain rods had been pulled out of the wall, and the shower leaked. On top of all that, the "owner" of the holiday apartment hasn't replied to any of my messages. A complete disaster. Never again!!

The cutlery and kitchen were dirty, too. The bed linen was stained and didn't smell fresh, so I didn't want to lie down in it 😐 Even if it had just been changed, the old stained linen should be replaced with new sheets. A detergent with a fresher smell might help as well. If I could have afforded somewhere else, I wouldn't have stayed here.
