Hotel Bischof

The rooms are spacious, but they look like low-budget hostel rooms, with old, ugly furniture. The hotel itself isn't attractive either. The internet was horrendous, down most of the time and painfully slow when I could connect. Breakfast didn't come close to a four-star standard. Service felt cold, as it often does in Austria, and the staff didn't seem to care. They weren't especially warm, though at least they spoke English. I'd call it a mediocre three-star hotel.

The breakfast buffet was extensive, and you could take your coffee back to your room. The rooms were clean and spacious, with balconies, and there were antique decorations in the hallways. The hotel is in the heart of the city of Vorarlberg, conveniently close on foot to Tesco supermarket, the University, Dornbirn cable car station, and more.

Good value for money. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was good. It's a perfect one-night stop if you're travelling by car, as it's so close to the highway.

We were in the city for a sports event and chose this hotel for two nights. It was a really nice stay, and breakfast was decent with plenty of options.
