Rooms are huge and super clean, and breakfast has a great variety. You can walk to everything, and there's parking close to the hotel. Oscar and Ismail were friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in until we left, always wearing big smiles. Whether you're visiting with friends or family, this is the best hotel in Dornbirn.

4/10
The only bright spots were the attentive breakfast staff and the kind receptionist from Somalia. My room's Wi-Fi never worked during a 2-week business trip, though, and repeated reports brought no acknowledgment or lasting fix. Management finally admitted there was a problem after 4 days, then said the technician wouldn't be back for another 3-4 days. I had to actively ask to be moved to another room, and even then no one apologized. Very disappointing service and a careless attitude.

The food was excellent and nicely presented, and the hotel is in a nice location. The service was out of this world, with a very friendly and helpful team. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were tidy and excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Definitely worth visiting. The rooms are spacious, and Dornbirn HB is a 9-minute walk away. The staff are accommodating, and there are landmarks, shops, and restaurants all around. I'll definitely come back for more!

The rooms were nice, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good, and parking was easy. The location right in the middle of town was especially convenient.
